H.Pylori Antibody Test
H.Pylori Test is a rapid test based upon the principle of immuno-chromatography for the qualitative detection of H.pylori antibodies (IgM/IgG/IgA) in human serum / plasma / whole blood. Each test card contains a strip composed of sample pad, conjugate pad, nitrocellulose membrane and absorbent pad. When an adequate volume of specimen is dispensed along with assay buffer into the sample well of the test device, the specimen migrates immuno-chromatographically across the nitro cellulose membrane along with complex of colloidal gold conjugate with H.pylori antibody present in the specimen. Appearance of pink / purple lines at test line region âTâ in addition to pink / purple line at control line region âCâ, indicates that test specimen has detectable level of antibodies of H.pylori and shall be considered reactive.
